Breathe

breatheIt’s summer which means the kids are home and vacations are in full swing! We just had an amazing week visiting our family and when I came home I felt like I needed to unpack everything, wash all the clothes and clean the house?? Why? Sometimes I need to remind myself to just breathe. When I’m feeling anxious or hurried, breathing a few deep breaths really calms me down. How do you calm down?

  1. Sometimes I really feel that too! Exhausted and so tired! Taking a deep breath can really help. Also, what I do is make sure I get enough sleep first because only then can I tackle the mess of the house in full swing. I tend to be snappy when I lack enough sleep. 🙂 Hope all is doing well with you Shelly!

    • I get snappy when I’m hungry and sleepy. 😉 Sometimes too much sleep makes me exhausted too though…gotta have just the right amount! Thank you Rea! Hope all is well with you too!
