Create. Play. Learn. These three things are what I live for. What I want my days, weeks, years to look like. Yes, there will always be chores, tasks, jobs to do but let’s all create, play and learn more. Take time to do these more and your life will definitely be more fulfilling. CREATING – I’m working on creating more content on my blog and being more consistent this year. I had a bit of a hiatus in 2014 so I’m trying to get back in the zone!! 🙂 PLAYING – I’m getting as much play time in with my kiddos while I’m here in Florida on maternity leave 🙂 LEARNING – Right now I’m learning a lot about babywearing. It’s fascinating and i’m a little bummed that I’m just learning about this now that I’m on my 3rd and final baby.
I had a hiatus in 2014 as well and got ahead by a couple weeks but didn’t do anything in the mean time so I’m getting back in the groove too! It’s going to help that I’m going to wake up at 5 to go work out so I’ll have 3 hours before Soph wakes up dedicated to blogging. I’m so excited for your fun in FL! We tried babywearing so much but Sophie was a long baby! I couldn’t see over her head when I would carry her in front b/c I have a short torso. We’ll try again with baby two though. 🙂 I’m glad you’re learning about it now at least!
Hmmm, good question! Guess I’m trying to create memories for my children (and myself), play with them (instead of just being in the same room with them), and learning about patience. MORE patience.
Haha! With playing and putting your whole self into playing with your kids comes mandatory patience practice! I find if I take Sophie to places where there’s lots to do and see, I am much more patient than trying to keep her occupied in our home. She just likes to DO like me! I’m a super impatient person…it’s a learned skill I’m finding out.
Create – I feel like I’m in a really creative zone these days… I’ve been doing lots of crafting, writing, and dreaming about the future.
Play – playing with my kids! Well, maybe I’m not playing all the time, but I’m facilitating the play… and loving seeing them play together!
Learn – learning a lot at work these days with my new assignment in the Planning Department.
Dude! You’re super creative lately and I love it! It feels good doesn’t it?! Last night I went to bed after doing 5 spreads for my PL album and felt very happy. Learning new things that you enjoy for work is AWESOME! It’s rare that you get to learn something you like for a lot of people at work. I’m happy for you. 🙂
Create- I’m trying to create more time for fun. I’ve also started an art journal, which I need to make sure to be more consistent with.
Play- I only have the babies for so long, I want to take time to play, and live through the eyes of my babies.
Learn- I’m learning from my past mistakes, and turning them into positives this year…. I hope.
