-Theodore Roosevelt
Every person in the world can benefit from Teddy’s words. As a new mom, this is something I struggle with often. I have to remind myself of these words when it comes to what stage my baby ‘should’ be at throughout her life. She is perfect to us and we have SO much pleasure and joy from her being a part of our lives. There’s no point in comparing…in any situation.

I’m glad you were inspired by Teddy’s words, Jenny! I’m going to make a painting of this quote and put it on my wall because I think it’ll be a good reminder throughout my life!

Annnnnnnd Pinned!
I think all mothers are guilty of this. I believe mothers who dabble in social media may be more prone to this. It’s easy to start comparing highlight reels. We put out what we wantβ¦ we’re all human. We all have our issues. No need to compare.
XOXO

Too true! That’s one of the main reasons I unplugged as well. Needed to focus on the awesomeness of my girlie rather than what babycenter and facebook say she should be doing. π
